DX featured it on his Worst Games of the Decade saying that 'the story is a 14-year-olds fanfiction realized in video game form'. Similar to Darklordjadow1 and DX, ESCalation compared the storyline to a poorly written fanfiction. Sadly, Hunt Down the Freeman fails to recognize this opportunity in favor of using him for a really cheap twist.
